I love the organization and cleanliness of the Y. I also love all the various programming and family friendly activities.
Really liked the 10-12 yr old beginners basketball program. Allows for different levels of ability and everyone gets in the game! Wish there were more practice schedeled during the week prior to the Saterday games.

I like that new classes are being added on the evening schedule, but I would love to see some classes offered for the early morning times such as 6:15 am or 6:30 am. I love the adult swim classes at the Y. It's never too late to learn!
The swim class is fun and the teachers are great. I felt comfortable and safe during every class.
My two swim classes at the Y were excellent! The instructors were so welcoming and willing to adjust the lessons to teach me in the areas I needed help with. I used to be really intimidated to come and swim laps at the pool, but now I can with no problem. Thanks Lauren and Alex

The group was small and the instructor is very patient, especially towards those with an extreme fear of deep water. Never felt like I didn't have enough attention if I struggled in a certain portion of the class.

The YMCA provided a swim experience that I never thought was possible to achieve. Their instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and patient. The pool goes up to 9 feet and I truly believe that the lessons in deep water helped me break my fear of water. I started off in beginner 1 being affraid to put my head in water. Then I went on to Beginner 2. And now in intermediate I can swim full distances, with a variety of strokes and I never would have imagined that my favorite thing to do would be to dive into 9 feet. It took 7 months of commitment but it was well worth it. Now I swim 2-3 times per week on my own. My instructors Alex and Malaki were amazing and I can’t express enough gratitude for their teaching. They have been such a blessing and instrumental in my love for the water.
We LOVE the YMCA! The Y is for everyone! My son is welcome and so is my husband and his service animal.
