Clean spacious locker room. Water condition in pools is always excellent. Staff is courteous. Both ceilings, open feeling due to large windows.
The complaint I have heard from people who don’t use the downtown Y is that parking is difficult.

We love the classes, the pool, child care help, friendly staff, huge list of amenities and budget-friendly pricing. The only small challenge point is around parking which can’t be helped. We love being members here. It’s an awesome community
great facilities and good people
It was our first time there and we were amazed at the facilities and how kid friendly it was. Our 4 year old loved parents night out. We appreciated the kid to teacher ratio being low!!!

Our family is enjoying all that the Y has to offer. It's a wonderful place for connection and community. We are utilizing the facility to help us on our journey of healing.

The instructors work well with youth. The staff is friendly. Pool areas is clran.
My only complaint is that you don’t have any ellipticals on the third floor. The bball gym is EXTREMELY LOUD when there are 25 basketballs being bounced 10 feet from the elliptical and a buncha people screaming, or 50 kids packed in there. I have to turn my earbuds all the way up just to hear what’s on it, and even the noise is so loud that I often cant hear music. Unpleasant! Really makes me wonder why I’m $54 per month when I could go work out in a gym with a healthy volume for $8 per month.

The Y is great for all ages. Love the feeling of community that’s created there. The classes that are offered at amazing. Jess is the best ceramic teacher! Thank you for continuing to offer great programming.
