I tell people all the time how much I enjoy the YMCA. It's very convenient for me to be a member because I work downtown, and the numerous group activities make it easy for me to incorporate a workout into my day. I've started swimming laps regularly for the first time in my life. The YMCA is a friendly community that provides many opportunities to explore fitness and improve my health.

I LOVE Silver Sneakers! What a great community AND a good workout. I have also enjoyed every other class I've taken at the Boll Y from Tai Chi to Yoga and African Contemporary Dance. Then there is the small group strength training and the private training with Colin. Both exceptional.
Its super clean and the staff is always friendly.
I love the variety of workout equipment. I also love the group classes that are included in the membership. Zumba is one of my favorites.
