The Cycling classes on Monday, Friday, and Saturday are outstanding and instructors easily one of the best I’ve had. Also I love Monday’s palates 6:30 pm class. Excellent instructor. She’s patient and very knowledgeable.

I love comimg downtown to the open, airy and tidy facilities. Nothing like walking the track w city views. My fav classes are water aerobics on Tuesdays and training w Meaghan as well as her abs express class. Parking tickets and trouble finding spots on certain event days are the only hang ups I have coming to Boll.
