It's a great place to get/stay fit with a cohort. Being in a group makes it easier to push myself a bit more.
I love the group classes. They make it fun to work out and it’s a great way for me to stay consistent with my workouts. I take a few classes every week.

I love the Active Older Adults (formerly known as Silver Sneakers) Program.
We (as a group) truly enjoy the program and kudos go out to two key people:
1) Marietta Franklin, AOA Instructor.
2) Wes (who diligently provides the speaker system, sets up/puts up the chairs,
and takes attendance.

I have absolutely appreciated every aspect of my swimming classes at the YMCA so far. Krystalyn has been extremely patient and helping me to work through my fears. For the first time in years, I’m learning and starting to feel comfortable in the water. A year ago, you wouldn’t have been able to convince me that I would jump into 9 feet of water, but I’ve done it and that’s because I trust my instructor enough to try.

Meaghan is super as a trainer. Staff is friendly. She is patient and keeps me on task. I love the equipment and facilities.
Love it! My girls are loving swim lessons and I can’t wait to start mine. It’s so clean and still looks new, like before I left the city for college back in 2009.

Employees are very helpful….clean and quiet environment with plenty options of activities to choose from!
I love the Y. The facilities are clean and inviting and the staff has always made me feel welcome. It can be intimidating going to a new gym or new class, but I know at the Y I will have a great time and the staff and other members are always there to help!
