Facilities are clean, people are pleasant and helpful and the machines work 99.99 percent of the time. I very much enjoy the Y.

I can work out without any hassles I can go and do pool aerobics if I decided or go to aerobics class it is a fit for me

It's a great place to get/stay fit with a cohort. Being in a group makes it easier to push myself a bit more.
I love the group classes. They make it fun to work out and it’s a great way for me to stay consistent with my workouts. I take a few classes every week.

I love the Active Older Adults (formerly known as Silver Sneakers) Program.
We (as a group) truly enjoy the program and kudos go out to two key people:
1) Marietta Franklin, AOA Instructor.
2) Wes (who diligently provides the speaker system, sets up/puts up the chairs,
and takes attendance.
