I primarily go to swim and I love the pool. Also the lifeguards and the team at the front desk are very friendly.
The facilities, especially the pool, are amazing. Our only complaint is the parking is impossible. Is there any way you can make an agreement with any of the surrounding parking garages to accommodate your members? It is a huge barrier for us to come to enjoy the Y. Thank you.
I have been a member for many years and feel well treated. There’s always something to do that’s fun and keeps me fit. It’s my social center and they offer great food boxes from time to time. A great place!

Classes start on time, easy to get to by bus and Marietta is the Bomb.com instructor.

The Y is friendly, clean, and well run. I’m so glad it is in my neighborhood and that I can walk to it at any time. The only things I miss are a sauna and hot tub. Otherwise, the Y is perfect.

I love how the YMCA Is clean and modern with a lot of light, it makes a huge difference. And I'm SO GLAD you all brought in a filtered water bottle filling station! That is something small but also makes a difference. I also like where the weights have been moved.
Something that I think would be helpful is more information surrounding the rock climbing wall-- is that open to everyone? And I would also really love to see a hip abductor/adductor machine.
I love the facility location and amenities! The classes are great.
the pool and locker room are clean and comfortable. The lifeguards are always alert and watching. The pool area and water are kept at a good temperature. I like the convenience of being able to take the DDOt or Qline and get off at Grand Circus Park and walk one block to the YMCA.
The staff and instructors are so kind and the facility is immaculate.
The YMCA downtown is very convenient for me. five minutes away the staff there is beautiful friendly Very helpful assisting members and a variety of different questions and activities that go on at the YM. C. A As well as the friendly members that attends the YM. C. A.

I love the pool. It is the best indoor pool I have ever swam in. The lifeguards are very attentive and the jetted tub is great to relax in after swimming laps.

Boll YMCA is clean and accomodating for the physical disabled the only problem is parking it would be nice to have discount parking. Riding around waiting for street parking is inconvenient and costly to include wear and tear and fuel cost not to mention frustrating.
Where to start? The facilities are great, the programs comprehensive and the staff not only friendly but also extremely competent. The fitness class for seniors feels like family and is the highlight of my week.

I like the pool
Honestly everything! The free classes that come with the membership! Being able to play basketball everyday on a beautiful court. Getting a Y membership has been one of the best decisions I made this year!
