The Silver Sneaker Exercise Class I am attending on Tue. & Thursday -I like the group class exercise is good for senior. I am going to YMCA for last 10 years. Formaly I was going to Auburn Hill, MI YMCA.

I wanted to use the men's steam room, but it wasn't working. That was a disappointment, but I liked the sauna just fine. Are there any plans to get the steam working?

Great place!
Good work out area. Love to swim although getting a lane to share is sometimes difficult. Loop swimming with more than 2 people in a lane does not work. You constantly catch-up to the person in front of you or get run over by the person behind you. Waste of time to try.
I like coming there because, staff are friendly, the facility is clean and my desired equipment is always available and working.

Exercise Equipment
All the equipment I need. Great, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Pool, showers, locker room clean.

I go 3 days/week and machines are plentiful and available. It's quiet and talking is discouraged.
