Lifeguards are flexible, if few swimmers on water fitness side , I have been allowed to swim against the double lane lines separating the water fitness people from the lap swimmers.

The Y is a great place for kids to go to try out different sports without a large investment. The also have a top notch swim program, BBD- Birmingham Blue Dolphins.

Pool is great, clean and gleaming. Great simple weight room. Locker room was clean and spacious for my needs. Staff was friendly. When will the steam room be repaired?
