Atmosphere is great and never crouded.
Love the classes, especially the Silver sneakers and other classes with Lynda and the yoga and strength classes with Cathy. Love the friendly desk staff and all the other people. The facilities are clean, well maintained and excellent. It is a very welcoming and supportive communiity.

The Birmingham facility is clean and welll equipped. Also, I have taken advantage of the training services of Trei Keller, who I found to be first rate as a trainer.

The Personal Trainers are so personable and encouraging. The weight room is well appointed. The PreCore machines are in good working order. I love the small day use lockers near the entrance and appreciate the front office staff. They are friendly and helpful. The building has s good vibe ✌️❤️
