Upon entering the establishment, I was welcomed warmly by the two receptionists at the front desk. As I have been a loyal patron for two years, during my last visit I decided to try the services of a new masseur; as I later found out, he was indeed new to the company. My experience was incredible, and he provided me with the most remarkable massage session to date. I would highly recommend Kume Spa to any family or friends without hesitation.

Kume is great no matter who the specialist. I can usually request a massage in the morning and have an appointment by after work.

The massage techniques are very solid and the emphasis on feet is helpful and healthy. It's also a big plus that you can have strong procedure on both neck and shoulders as well as feet and ankles. The setup with six other people in the room is not ideal for me.
Friendly front desk staff. You were able to accommodate a last minute walk in and the massage therapist was amazing. My body felt so relaxed the next day!
