While I do appreciate the idea of modesty, my only thought for improvement is the heavy blankets on the massage table and the heat from underneath can be a little to warm, so maybe using a lighter blanket. Also leaving oil Scents or infusion humidifier under the massage table to inhale during massage would be an icing on the cake.
Overall I am happy and feel genuinely healed. My skin looks extraordinarily smooth. And yes I’m coming back ..coming back..can’t wait!!

Really enjoyed the spa and the service. However, given that I came in due to an injury I would have appreciated if my massage artist had asked me questions prior to starting my massage about what I was needing.

I truly appreciate the staff and their level of skill at this location. I personally come for Tim, as he is very skilled in the practice of reflexology. Every time that I come, I leave feeling relieved and for me that’s more than enough reasoning to keep coming again and again.
I have had 3 total services at Kume and every one was wonderful. The employees are kind and professional, and the ambiance is calm and relaxing. I recommend Kume and their great membership program to all my Oakland friends.

My foot reflexology last week was amazing. Lily is exceptional. This week I had the combo foot and body with Tina who also is incredible.

I loved how organized the front desk staff was, both over the phone and when I checked in/out from my service. I have been coming to both Kume and Simply Green (their sister spa up the street) for over 10 years and have always been satisfied.
