Tony is one of the best hands in the business. Cameron was super understanding of the fact that I had not asked my time to be adjusted and needed a shower. Would have gladly booked an additional spa time if I was told that that was an option by the perosn who took my call back agreeing to the time shift.
Also the room next to me was very noisy as there is only a curtain that separates us.

The atmosphere is calm and clean. As soon as I enter the space i feel relaxation begin. The desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The masseuse is sensitive to my requests for strength and areas to focus on. I feel comfortable and well cared for.

It’s always easy to book appointments both online or with the reception staff who are very friendly and helpful. Appointments are always on time and the treatments are very high quality. The premises are clean and welcoming. On top of all these positives the prices are really reasonable. Overall every time I’ve visited Kume I have felt amazing.

This was my first time getting a reflexology foot massage. In the past I have gotten a full body Swedish massage, and while that is nice, I loved how gentle and relaxing this type of massage is. My feet still feel soft two days later!

I go to both Kume Float and Kume Spa. I love the fact they are conveniently located in my neighborhood. I’ve immensely enjoyed every service I’ve had at Kume. The service is nice and the staff is friendly. Honestly, I wish I could afford to go there everyday.
Although I love a good massage, hot stones and cupping, I must say the Cryo Freeze and the Float Pod, followed by 30 min of Red Light therapy by far are my favorite services. I find the the Floating tank very euphoric, it’s a great way to connect with the universe and experience 60-90 mins of peace and tranquility.
After a 2-3 hr treatment I feel so relaxed I literally just want to take an hour nap at the facility before leaving. Since that service isn’t available, instead I take a hot shower and have lunch at one of the near by eateries, then go home and just relax for the rest of the day.
If you need to release some stress or just want to pamper yourself, I strongly recommend you treat yourself to a full spa day at Kume.
Parking is a bit hard to find, so I recommend arriving early to allow yourself enough time to find a park. Taking a Lyft or Uber is a great option also.

Wonderful experience as always. However, once upon a time (I think this was solely for full body massages) there was a chart where you could circle where you had injuries. I didn't realize (on my left foot) that the second toe was injured from a marathon I'd just run. I completely forgot to report the condition on my right foot (second toe). I also forget to state my citrus allergy. Regardless, I'm so grateful you made time for us to come in last minute.
