I really loved my Korean Scrub and Massage. Carmen is amazing. My only feedback is maybe some aromatherapy in the massage rooms as they smelled slightly musty. It didn't take away from my experience but the smell was noticeable. I was in the outside massage rooms not the ones in the main shop. Thank you!!

I am from MN visit our family in Alameda several times a year. I love reflexology and find it difficult to find treatments in Minneapolis. Since February I have had reflexology with Charlie with time I’m here. He is very good.
I love your spa, the calming environment, great products, ease of booking and lovely staff.

I really appreciate that getting a massage at Kume is both easy to book and highly satisfying. The space is comfortable, clean and relaxing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. And the massages I've had have always been really good at getting to my knots and tightness. The staff always adjust pressure when requested. I always recommend Kume Spa to friends.
