I loved my experience! At 74 this was my first reflexology experience and it was fantastic. It was relaxing, yet invigorating. The work on my head, neck, shoulders, arms, fingers, legs, feet, and toes made my feel like a new woman when I left.
It was inviting, the people really worked with me when i have a scheduling mishap and when i thought i was going to be late upon arrival. Area is clean and well thought out. would deff go again . prob going to get my cousin a gift card to that place in the near future.
I really enjoyed my experience and my person (andy or andre) was very good.

I have been coming to Kume off and on since the business first opened as The Foot Spa many years ago. As lifetime members, my husband and I have taken advantage of the discount pricing and good service we have received.
This last massage was really a top experience for me. I used to see a woman named Sue, before she retired. I wasn't sure I'd find someone who I liked as much or was as skillful. But Lily is amazing. I had her once time recently for a shorter combo massage and this time was just an hour of full body. Wow! She's truly great and I felt she was very present with me and paid close attention to what I needed. Kume is always a welcoming, comfortable and relaxing place to visit and now I'm even happier because I can count on the perfect therapist for me.
The front desk hospitality such as kindness, elaborating on services, and explanation of treatments/services. As for the actual service, very accommodating with respect, not to mention the fabulous deep tissue and foot massages. The ambiance is perfect and very much relaxing. Went back to Kume Spa after a long break from getting a massage and it did not disappoint. The pressure points were great and I felt relaxed after the massage. Service from the time I entered was great. I ended up getting a membership to take advantage of all the benefits and services they have to offer.

My last service was in October 2022. The room where I receive my body scrub had a new table that was a little challenging to get on. I was told they have a room with the old table. I will be requesting that room for future appointments. My service was good. However, I think they should let you test the water before they pour it on you. The water was too hot for me. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience.

Tony is a healer. I had an amazing session with him. I miss Tim, he was my therapist for over six years, but Tony is an equal compliment. I look forward to my next session.

I always ask for Tony as my masseuse. He is amazing and very conscientious of my comfort and concerns. The service is excellent, I am usually able to get an appointment even in the last minute.
My only disappointment is the Groupon discounts are not accepted at Kume on Grand.
