A very calming and peaceful environment. I have only had wonderful experiences with all of the service providers I have had over the years. It is my once a month self-care treatment facility.

I am a member and I enjoy coming to Kume. I will continue to do so. My scrub was great, but actually my massage was awful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience. The person was continually sniffling and blowing his nose, which seems strange hygienically to wipe your nose and then put your hand on somebody’s body. The 75 minute service was 95% on my back. By the end hurt because it was too much on the same few areas. When you’re in that position on the table, you don’t track time so I didn’t know that there would be virtually nothing on the rest of my body (arms legs etc). And the strokes were too much hard pressure repeated and so quickly it was not relaxing, over and over in the same spot. Because of the language barrier was hard to make anything else happen. I’m sorry and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble or have anyone there know I have bad feedback. I definitely plan to come back so, please do not connect this feedback to me.
My technician was very personable and customize my foot massage for my needs. Excellent experience.

The only issue I experienced was during checkout. The lady working the front desk was new and I wanted more clarity on what I was being charged for, she tried her best but I still felt uncomfortable paying not receiving a full breakdown of my charges. the total may have been correct but I wanted clarity. This most likely will not be something anyone else will experience :)
the location is good, I like the vibe and the services are good and affordable. I like the sitting area and tea and water and everyone is friendly.

Reception staff was great. Environment is lovely. The person who took care of me, (I don't remember her name, sorry), was friendly and informative. However I found her work to be too fast - It would have been more relaxing and calming if she slowed down during our interactions and while doing the scrub.
The aesthetic was calming and beautiful. The masseuse was so professional and the peluche, hitting the points needed to fully relax

Ladonna was great. She has strong hands and strikes carefully. Some other masseuses are rough. She was truly strong and elegant in her presssire.
The whole experience was wonderful! I brought my husband for the first time, and he loved it too (we both had 60 minute foot reflexology massages).

I love the massage therapists but always except for the asian lady, receptionists giving me weird vibes
I been going here for two years and I really like the refreshments that consist of water and sliced oranges. I usually get deep massaged by Kelly and Kevin because my shoulders and back is always tense and they are the main ones that are able to loosen me up fully. I always tip great amount because they do a wonderful job. Also the front administrative staff are always nice when checking me in. I will continue to go to Grand Avenue location for care.
I did the foot reflexology with hot stones. I enjoyed the full experience, getting my head, neck, shoulders, and arms massaged while my feet soaked. The work was done with the right amount of pressure, not too much, not too little.
