Deandre is our technician; he knows the house well and immediately identified areas to be treated. He was thorough and reassured me that we would resolve the issue.

Great customer service! Thank you for being prompt and making sure everything was done right! Will definitely use Northwest again!
I greatly appreciate the exceptional performance provided by Calhoun, the technician who recently serviced our home. Calhoun’s attention to detail, communication both before, during and the end of the service call left me with a level of customer satisfaction that exceeded expectations. I am requesting that Calhoun be assigned as my recurring technician. A job well done is clearly the standard that Calhoun is focused on.
the technicians very informative. Calling ahead a couple days before treatment.

Northwest has been generally responsive to our requests. However, we have been unable to preview or open the last two months' work order PDFs, and we often have no notice of when Mitchell the technician is going to be coming.
