I have Steve Gable and even though I've moved from my initial house, I kept the same services because of him. He goes above and beyond, he's friendly, he's patient, he's timely, and he doesn't make me like a bother if he has to come back for anything, which is rare because he does such a good job. I can tell he cares a lot about what he does and wants to make sure that we are well taken care of. Were it not for him, I likely would have shopped around. Also, every time I call the local Smyrna office, they are so kind and helpful. Good customer service is important to me and I always feel well taken care of. Great job Smyrna!

As customers of Northwest Exterminating, at one point we were swayed by a sales pitch from a competing pest control company that they treat a larger area of the yard and more frequently at the beginning, which we thought might help with an ongoing problem of ant trails finding entry points to our building structure. We were having second thoughts, however, about being too heavy-handed in destroying the natural ecosystem of our environment, including pollinators, food for birds and so on, and were also not impressed with the responsiveness of the other company in comparison with Northwest. The staff of the Tucker office, specifically Michelle Caruso, contacted us and they all impressively went out of their way to address some of our concerns and try to win back our business. They made several extra visits out to our house (including Branch Manager Emily Garcia and technician Mitchell) to try to locate the ant nests and also to replace the old rodent boxes that we had. The services we receive from Northwest include outdoor-only, eco-friendly pest control treatments, annual termite inspections with bait replacement, and maintenance of seasonal In2care mosquito buckets with no mosquito spraying.
We appreciate the proactiveness of the Tucker office and feel we have done the right thing to return as customers to Northwest. Thank you, and we look forward to a good relationship in the future.

After the treatment he makes me aware of the details of what he found and what he did to rectify it. I would highly recommend Northwest for your pest control company.
My exterminator was polite and very informative. He listened to my concerns and explained how the services he'd be conducting should help alleviate them. He appeared very thorough in his services as well and made recommendations of things I should address such as making sure to unpack packages in certain areas of the house vs in bedrooms and to dispose of boxes so as to not cause areas for pest to populate.
