Services are prompt once scheduled. My latest service, scheduled for December 10th, was delayed due to inclement weather. The service tech, Luke, did preform a partial service that day and committed to returning to complete the job once weather conditions dried. I don’t know if it has been completed yet, but am confident that it will be done soon.
