Northwest has always performed their services very well. However, when the technician was here a few weeks ago he said I would receive something by e-mail from them and I haven't received it unless this survey is what he was talking about.

Since we've hired Northwest Exterminating we have not had a problem with bugs in the house. We had an infestation of roaches/palmetto bugs before but now almost never see any bugs. We also hired them for a rat infestation and they a great job eliminating them. They always show up when they say they do. Employees are always nice.
