Ian is extremely thorough. Upon arrival he inquires as to any issues or problems. If we are seeing insects in the house, he takes note of where and what type of insect. Follows up before leaving and lets us know what specific actions he took to address possible concerns. Also, Ian is very respectful of our home. He always wears shore covers when inside the home.

The scheduled times, the convenience, the platinum plan that encompasses all pest & termites etc.. And if I find anything inside my residence I can just call them and they’ll come out

Jace is my Service Rep and is terrific. I always get a text message or call when he is about 10 minutes away from the appointment that was set up in advance. He is thorough in surveying the outside, and inside of the house, when needed, and always asks me to touch base if I see issues between appointments. He explains any issues he may see and any future recommendations to control pests. I've been very pleased with Northwest Exterminating since I bought my house in Villa Rica in 2024.

Randy has been our exterminating technician for a while now and we hope we get to keep him! A few months ago, he saw evidence that we had bats in the attic! He got a specialist to our house very quickly and he took care of the bat issue (no bats were injured- they just went somewhere else when they couldn't get into our attic anymore!). This last time Randy was here, he noticed that our metal roof was leaking just a small amount where a screw was used to hold the roof onto the wood, so we are in the process of having our 26 year old roof replaced. He's a very personable young man and notices things (like the bats and water leaks) that we would probably never notice, and we are very appreciative. We hope Randy will continue to be our technician for a long, long time!!!
Bobby is always extremely helpful and does a great job
I like the continuity we have with our NW man (Rich!). He is always attentive to our yard, advises us about where roaches like to lurk, and where mosquitoes like to breed. He is quick to help with anything we have noticed inside, like spiders or any kind of bug. He is friendly and enjoys his work. And we enjoy HIM! He's a keeper!
