The best part of NW Ext is the person who comes to my house, Rich Hickman. I don't suppose that the products used vary significantly from company to company, but I suspect the personalities of the service technicians do vary. He is personable, friendly, and I believe honest. He wants me to be happy with my service and takes steps to ensure that I am. I have referred newcomers to the neighborhood to NW Ext and Rich.

Your technicians are friendly and thorough! They are always asking what else they can do no matter what the original service was scheduled for. This visit was for a termite inspection. He asked what else he could do and cleaned the spiders nest under the eaves. Thanks!

Your folks always show up when scheduled, call before coming, and do a good job cleaning away spider webs, spraying for pests (inside and out), and do extra if asked.

You are very receptive to our needs and I do not have to wait a week to get things done. Travis, is a VERY detailed person and lets me know what is being done each trip. He will also come to just treat ant beds if I request it and do inside treatment as well.

Tim did a great job explaining what he was doing and how the products worked. He also went around and knocked down any spider webs.
