Haven't had any issues with bugs,spiders etc since they started coming out to spray. I did have problems with ants in the kitchen a while back. They came out and resprayed,they ,thankfully haven't been a problem since. I also have them come out for fire ants in the yard. They seem to be fairly hard to get rid of and even though not as numerous as before,there are still a few around.

Not much to say since we use them just for termite - but we had a wasp problem and they came soon after we called, and took care of things - of course, for a price - but we wanted the experts to take care of the wasps - and we were happy that they did it in a timely manner. :-) Thank you.

Northwest is an excellent choice for all of your home needs i.e. pest control and termites. They are very professional and caring.
From the start your rep Steve Ellison did a great job of explaining the process that would need to be executed to rid our house of bats. Mr Ellison developed a plan and kept us informed throughout the process. So far he and his crew have done a great job working towards a solution while keeping us informed. Special thanks to Colby and AJ for their work implementing the plan. For anyone with a problem similar to ours I would highly recommend your company.

The service technician that services our home does a great job. He carries himself in a professional manner, checks all the stations , leaves the glue in the garage and sprays around the house and sprinkles as well. I’m satisfied with my service.
