It is very easy to schedule service. I can call and request inside treatment or just outside treatment. Usually Mr Keith comes to my home and I like not having people that I don't know at my house. I can describe what type of bugs I'm seeing and where like ants, spiders and he treats those areas. I tried to do pest control myself but not a good job because it seemed like the pests were trying to take over. Northwest makes it easy for people who are busy. I also like that customer service works with me on my payments so that I can continue my service.

I mostly like the people that work there. I’ve had the same person taking care of my home for nearly 8 years. I feel comfortable having him in my home and believe if you didn’t treat him well he would have found employment elsewhere. When companies can retain their employees it speaks volumes about them. All their personel including the office staff are always very professional.
