Anyone that comes is always very respectful of our "feral adjacent" colony (they all have names and come when theyre called. "Feral" is kind of a misnomer and TNR saves lives) and their feeding station on our back deck. They respect that we DO NOT WANT GLUE TRAPS. They always make sure our outdoor kitchen is SAFELY treated. Simply by observing, not being asked. On the rare occasion there is an issue in between services, they have no issue coming back.
Our technician, John, is always so helpful with whatever insect issue we are having. He is polite and thorough.
