The staff are always very polite and respectful when we communicate via the phone. Corey, who has been my “bug guy” for as long as I have had this service, explains what he is applying to my house inside and out in a respectful manner and answers any questions I may have. The costs, as with everything, continues to rise each year, but so far, it has not been out of reach.
I appreciate a notice of the day when the NW Exterminating representative will come by my house. He always listens to any problems I have and does his work well and lets me know how everything is.
