Suggestion: put swim lessons on an ongoing monthly schedule with a monthly draft. This would align with other similar programs in our community and make it easier for family scheduling.
Loved cycling class and hope to participate again when I can’t ride outside! stopped by for a couple back to backdrop in classes when I had to make an errand over in that area. They were with FREE weights and it was very good as well.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Nancy, the instructor, is a total gem and is a great instructor. The classes are varied and you can always challenge yourself as you get stronger.
Water Arobics help me get my shoulder working again. Therapy was not able to help they suggested YMCA. After two years I can now move it with ease
