The staff is very friendly and responsive. The people you meet at the Y are fun to be around. We do need more daily programming for the seniors, since it down to Mondays and Wednesdays.

The people are very nice and welcoming the minute you walk in the door. The place is clean and maintained. the staff is always around and helpful. It has a wide range of classes from the pool arobics In open lanes for swim. A ton of also land glasses ranging from drumming to pilates to yoga you can get anything there
Professional family oriented makes you feel relaxed
I love the amenities that are available. As well as the programming. I think they do an excellent job giving kids an opportunity to learn various sports and participate in a wide range of activities.
The equipment is well maintained, hours are great and the monthly fee is affordable.
For us, it’s close to my home so very convenient. But also very well equipped and offers a great variety of group fitness options.
I don’t get to go that often

We love the flexibility of the Y especially for swimming with our kids. Is there ever a time that it is just open swim and no lap swim? Our kids just like to come to swim but we always feel bad/intrusive when there are a lot of lap swimmers and even some lap swimmers in the open swim area. We understand it is open for all but we want to be mindful of the others too. I just don’t want to feel like my kids are annoying other guests. 😊 it would be nice if maybe once a month on an evening was dedicated for “family swim”.
The very best thing about the Macomb Y is the staff. Everyone from Susan J to the welcome staff are warm and truly make one feel welcome. I know we members can sometimes be demanding, but I’ve never seen anyone of them lose their cool!!
The community, range of services, programs and activities. The swimming pool is wonderful. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Pickleball! There are plenty of times to choose from to play and I love the people I have met there.

I LOVE the Birmingham Y, and have been a member for many years. The staff is great, lots of group exercise options, and the personal trainers are fantastic.
The Y offers so many wonderful classes; new things to try. I love the theater at the Boll Family Y and have attended so many great events there and many have been events my grandchildren have also enjoyed.
I love that the Y is there for families to have healthy experiences that draw them closer together. The free child care is awesome, the swim classes are great. I tell people who express a desire to learn to swim, "Go to the Y; they are experts!"
