I love that there are lots of ways to exercise at the Y, how accessible it is, and how easy it is to use the Y services.
Lisa is an amazing water aerobics teacher as well the the “twin” (I always get them confused) who teaches our water aerobics dance class. Years before moving to Farmington Hills I swam laps at the Royal Oak Y. Circle swimming was a common thing. They had cones/signs on each block honoring fast, medium slow lanes. People respected it. Why it is so hard here? People can learn.
The front desk staff are always professional and polite.

Great lessons but too short, should be longer. I also recommend distributing the supplies, they should be accessible and available for everyone because they are helpful and needed.
