The staff at the Macomb Family YMCA are all very caring and understanding. They meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. I am incredibly grateful to be a member at this facility and to be able to enjoy the classes there - especially the Body Pump and Water Fitness classes.

I’ve been a member for over 40 years. The managers have always been top notch, but Susan is the best. Friendly, always trying to improve the member experience, making updates where she can.
The janitor (Paul) does a fantastic job keeping the place clean. I’ve been to many gyms, most are OK clean. But paul is persistent on cleaning floors, mirrors, machines, and does a great job outside too. His efforts are really appreciated, especially since COVID.

You are greeted at Carls Milford Y by the nicest personnel behind the desk always having a smile and helping you in capacity. They also have a magnitude of classes to sign up for and that’s all ages! The facility is super clean! Just wish the oool was open a little longer so after late morning classes you could enjoy the nice, warm water!

Your staff is just very friendly and considerate. People like Jayme, Semaj, Barb, Layla are great ambassadors for the YMCA. Bob is really great in keeping things working upstairs. In addition, the people who come to Y are friendly and provide a great opportunity to make new friends.
