I have been doing water aerobics here since 2001 and love it. Wish we had a bigger pool but thats ok because Detroit and Port Huron got the bigger pools

The staff are amazing and really know how to work with little kids
We are so appreciative that an additional preschool class was created for this session, but it was a little challenging having all 4 kids at different levels of ability. That's my only thought, but as usual, we love lessons with Ms. Linda!
I like all the different times for the classes.
I really enjoyed Zumba. I wished you had offered it more frequently. It’s really the only thing I was doing at the gym so I left to pay for a place where I can just do classes. It was getting expensive to pay $93 a month to go to Zumba once a week when o could make the times.
Also I work till 7:30, the gym closing at 8:30 was too early for me.

I loved how a team member met with me to help introduce me to the e-gym. She explained everything and guided me through the process and even showed me how to correctly work the machines. I’ve always wanted to be able to workout with weights and now I can do it on my own.

I have been encouraging my grandson to swim. He attended British Swim School and he became proficient in the 4 basic strokes. We needed to find him something that would challenge him further so we reached out to Carl's Family Y in Milford. He hesitated at the 60 minute schedule but I convinced him to give it a try. We agreed that if he didn't like it, he could quit. He joined Level 7 of the swim team. At the end of that session, I asked him if he wanted to enroll in the next session. No hesitation when he gave me an enthusiastic "yes". I'm confident that this will prepare him for his Middle School and High School swim team.
Coach Josie at the Milford Carls YMCA was wonderful for the 3 year old sports sampler. My son was so interested with her engaging instruction!!
