The people and staff and friendly. The facility is clean and safe. I can only talk aabout the pool and locker rooms as I just come in, swim laps, and leave. The guards keep us safe.

The Y is kept clean and the staff is friendly.
I am 71 years young 😀 worked out my whole like..now with weights, pickleball, core classes and more..
When I see peeps my age and older upstairs on the machines with weights they look overwhelmed!
Would be nice if a staffer/trainer would walk around and monitor for a few minutes and ask if the need some guidance??
Staff shortage I get it..but some show up a couple times and never return..

The facility is well maintained, updated and family-friendly. The staff is friendly and professional. In the event there is an issue with the equipment or members, they are addressed efficiently. I have recommended the Southeast Oakland YMCA to family and friends, many of which have happily joined.

Everyone at the Y is very nice and helpful. The only suggestion I have is that the floor outside of the locker rooms is always dirty.
It’s been cleaned up and looks much better than last year. The water is warm in the pool, the showers have plenty of hot water, and the staff are friendly.

It’s close to home. it’s clean. And I love the pool!! I’m getting a trainer to help me strengthen my core & build lol my muscles. It comes with the membership!!!

I cannot help but live and die by the Egym. I am hoping to see Egym expand across several YMCA locations throughout America. I am also in love with the pickleball community that plays every Wednesday and Friday. I hope the pickleball network continues to grow. We have also enjoyed sending our kids to childwatch, summer camp, and "parents night out" events.
I can exercise my complete body in a manageable fashion. I like the E machine’s cycle. People not following the cycle process is annoying.
