I LOVE THE EXERCISE MACHINES THAT YOU USE ONE AFTER THE OTHER GREAT WAY TO EXERCISE I JUST WISH THEY HAD A HOT TUB I FIND THE POOL IS NOT FOR ME TOO CROWDED AND A LITTLE COLD THE DRY HEAT IS TOO HOT FOR ME OTHER THEN THAT I LOVE IT
It a family setting and very organized. Many classes from young to old.
It's a clean facility. There are lots of machines and weights to use. The track is great alternative for the treadmill.
The only thing I don't like is how bad 25% of the people lifting are at reracking their weights. Can there be like penalties or a ban for these people?
I like the fact that I see All ages at the YMCA, everyone trying to improve their health through exercise and socialization. As a Senior, I also love seeing the small children participating in activities, whether it is swimming, classes, or even the nursery!

The only thing I noticed is that you have very limited space for the Friday Activities for Older Adults with Lynda Scott.
She is a very popular instructor and that space we were in on Friday was too small.
And enrolling every week is problematic.
We love the swim teachers! All have been so kind and each brings a different approach and personality.
