I use the Y to help me stay as physically well as I possibly can. Due to my physicalneeds, the pool is the best place for me to exercise. The pool facility and adjoining locker/shower area are very acceptable, exactly want I need.

I like the instructors. One issue I have is that instructors tend to play the music way too loud for senior citizen ears.
