Farrah is the best.
No disrespect to the lady that gave me my hair cut but there’s no way she’s having returning customer when you ask for your hair not to be short and then comes out short then gives comments saying “give it 2 weeks” it sounds silly but the hair cut disappointed me and I felt as if what I asked for was not followed leaving me looking and literally being told that yeah your hair is messed up big time I would like a full refund as I will not EVER be returning to sports clips
The Meyerland location has been my go-to since relocating to Houston in 2022. The staff is amazing and everyone provides excellent service. 10/10.

Have been to sports clips numerous amounts of times in the past have always had pretty good service. Though, the last time I had went was quite disappointing. I had received a free mvp haircut for a bad haircut the time before and the associate was very sorry they did not understand the request. Not a really a problem, hair grows back. But when I went to go use the coupon the next time I was told it was expired and I could not use it. Looked at the coupon and was surprised to see it had expired just a few weeks after I got the initial haircut. Didn't even have a chance to use it, and was definitely expecting not having to pay for this haircut.
Regardless, the associate didnt care whatsoever and just wanted me to pay full price, and I thought that was a little inconsiderate on the part of the employee / company to not honor mistake.

I like that I can use the app to put my self in line and have an approximate time instead of waiting long periods in the facility, I also like that I am offered a hair wash after the cut on days that I am really busy and don’t have time to rush home right after. I also like that my last cut dimensions are recorded so that if I want to change something up I have a baseline of where to begin.
