It is a great place to work out, with lots of services and a real sense of community. The salem Y is a wonderful facility. I use the gym and the pool, both are clean and when I go in the am it's not crowded. I like that all know my name and greet me when I enter the building. Last, it is very clean, Ramona does an amazing job of keeping the building clean even when members don't pick up after themselves. I would and have recomended the salem Y many times.
Can you start racking the straight barbell set differently. I think it should have the lower weights on top, so it would be 20 and 30 on top, then 30 and 40, 50 and 60 and so on. Having the 70 pound weight at the very top makes it difficult to place back after using it. Besides that, everything is awesome!

The Salem Y is my second home! I had my Y membership before I had my job or apartment! The facility is so convenient, but mostly...... the staff is wonderful!! :) :) :)

The Theatre camp program is a warm and supportive environment that fills my kid with joy every day. That's really all anyone could ask for.
This camp is amazing! I hear daily reports from my child on the fun he had! The staff do such a great job in making this the best time! I'm in awe of all they do and cannot share my appreciation enough.
