My daughter was in seal pups and she loved it. She was especially into Island Exploration, and the staff really seemed to “get” her. She came home with new jokes, new good friends, and some seagull poop on a hat that she was oddly proud of. :) Coming from Texas, it was really special for her to have such a great experience at Children’s Island.
My daughter really enjoys gymnastics camp and this is her third year doing it but the 2pm show case on Friday afternoon makes it impossible for parents who work to attend. Additionally running the show case for an hour and a half is entirely too long. I recommend cutting out everything except the dances that each group prepares each week and limiting it to 30 minutes. I also think the earliest that the show should start is 3pm.

Very well run and clean and so big!
It is bright, spacious, and has two pools for different activities.
good location good parking two very important areas. one front end welcome with John Witt two Keith on the floor, keeping equipment clean and solving any problem that develops.
My 12-year old son is going to the Sports Mania camp 4 years in a row. This year I have booked a trip to a water park for a week instead of one week in the camp. When he found out that, he started screaming, "Mom, I don't want going to the water park, I want to go to the camp! It will be a soccer week, I had been waiting for it for so long time!". Highly recommend to other parents.

Front desk guy John is very nice and friendly.
My son loved this camp and will definitely want to go back next year. He loved the combo of basketball and free swim and always headed home with a smile on his face. He even had friends he already knew in his group! Coach Nick was always available to answer any questions or concerns to ensure each camper has the best possible experience.

Love the Y. There are a great variety of classes. The equipment is kept up. The staff is wonderful. Cute kids abound. What's not to like!
We have been doing the parent-child gymnastics class for a year and we love it. The teachers are so kind and organized, and the routine of the class is predictable and well-structured.
The staff is wonderful, my grandson loves waking up and attending camp every day, he is happy with all the activities that are offered and enjoys the friends he is making.
John had the best time last week! The entire time leading up to camp he was begging not to go. Everyday he came home and said he had fun. The counselors all greeted him and remembered his name. Really impressed with the LVO team so far! Keep up the great work!
My 7 year old loved basketball camp and staff!!!
First and foremost, my (very opinionated) kid loves it! The activities and the structure has been great for him.
As a parent, the biggest takeaway is how organized the program and the counselors are. There is clear leadership from the top that translates down to the staff and gives us a great experience. By the second day the counselors were greeting our son by name as he got out of the car, making him feel so special and excited to be there.
The facility is obviously beautiful and the staff clearly really loves children. We are so happy with our experience so far. Thank you!

I have an amazing trainer who has taught me how to push the boundaries of what I thought I could accomplish. At 71 I am in phenomenal shape. My physical well being affects my whole life.
It has been a while since we last visited the man at the front desk gave me new cards and was very nice and answered all my questions.

Great facilities, good staff, nice selection of classes. More pool classes late morning/early afternoon would be my suggestion for improvement. And parking needs to be improved. A different system should be considered to help seniors who do not have handicap permits.
