Very organized! My child really enjoyed it!
The staff and counselors showed great interest in making the camp a great experience for my kid.
Kids swim is amazing! and the free child care!
Addie does a fabulous job. Very attentive and helpful. Always watching what is going on in classes. Hires great teachers.
My son has a full day of fun and loves doing all the events.
Love the island for our kids. They are appropriately challenged and love it.
Great facility. Indoor, outdoor pools. Huge weight room. And a cafe. Love that. Just one quibble: no steam room?
Appreciate the welcome environment of the classes (and the variety and early morning options, so that I can go before work). The facilities are great (clean, well equipped). And I love the sauna!
I would recommend the Y to a friend or family member because there are so many courses and activities offered for children, teens, adults and seniors.
I have been away from the Marblehead Y for a year, and I was pleased to return and find a few changes and additions. The facilities are very clean, and the attmosphere is inviting. The fitness gym equipment was rearranged and spaced for more comfort and accessibility. Receptacles for cleaning equipment are conveniently placed to hold disposable wipes to help maintain that equipment is safe and sanitary for use . I prefer the disposable wipes to using spray bottles and paper towels.Accommodations are available for parents to drop off their children to attend a class. Many classes are scheduled several times throughout the day for everyone’s needs. The Y is a great community asset!
The outdoor pool is amazing, just needs more sturdy chaise loungers to be perfection.
Also Scott Forrest’s water fitness class is reason for coming alone!
Love the equipment, love the classes
great staff beautiful facility
The range of activities and workout equipment and facilities is outstanding.
So friendly
Great environment
Lots of great classes and open swim times (inside at least). The kids club has definitely stepped it up the last few months too- I have a lot more confidence in them than I did a year or two ago.
Only negative and the reason I didn’t give a 10 is that someone sent a male camp counselor into the girls under 17 changing room last week while the campers were getting changed for the pool and I was changing my own small kids and myself. Another counselor asked him why he was in the girl’s locker room and he said someone sent him in and while he looked very uncomfortable and I don’t think it was malicious - there were plenty of female counselors out in the hall (even if they were from different groups) that could have temporarily switched with him- that would have felt more appropriate and comfortable for everyone. So maybe help the counselors feel empowered to speak up and switch group’s temporarily in situations like that.
The LVO is the best facility that I have ever had a membership. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The place is always clean, great amenities and there is always new classes and equipment.
We love the outdoor pool!

I love that there is everything for everyone.
Amazing program!!!
Start 7:30 am
Keep my children active outside!
Amazing staff and a fun filled day
Price, nice space. It wasn’t as toddler friendly, in terms of engagement, as other classes we have taken, but it is more affordable, so we will stay for now. My daughter requires high interest activities like bubbles, balls, songs, etc to actually stay with the class, otherwise she tends to stray.
Our son visits Sports Mania summer camp, and he loves it! The program is well organized, and the camp counselors take good care of the kids.
Such a healthy Happy environment to be around!
Clean, lots of classes, the pools and classes, the nice cafe and food /cofee venue

My son Benjamin had a blast at soccer camp last week, and I personally was impressed with all my interactions with the staff
