Our son loved the Sports Mania camp for a second year in a row. Asked to do more weeks next summer. He looked forward to going each day and had a great week. Kudos to a great team at the LVO YMCA for making it wonderful!
Everything! They are so personable! They care so much about the kids. As sad as we are to see Coach Nick go Coach Mike stepped right up! He helped myself and my son with an issue with registration and did not skip a beat.

I love the fact that the teachers communicate my child’s progress in the classroom, his needs and wants, the support that they give me and for my child. Also, sharing his pictures with activities makes me happy. Thank you all for your hard work in the infant's classroom.
Our daughter was at Children's Island for the last three weeks. She had THE BEST time! Over just those three short weeks we watched her mature and become more independant, confident and brave. She had nothing but good things to say about the camp, her counselor's and the overall experience. From our perspective, the pickup and drop off was very easy (she was on the Marblehead boat) and Sara was fantastic! We will be booking even more weeks next year! Thank you for a great experience for our "seal pup" :)
Both my kids went to the Children's Island camp the past two weeks and it was an amazing experience! Next summer they will go for three weeks!

Lots of services, clean facility, good hours, great location.
This is the best place where my children learn and get the care I always look for. The teachers, Director Sarah, and her assistant including the inclusion specialist helped me to find the right resources for my situation. I get a lot of support from them during an emotional event. I can't say enough but I am thankful I got this opportunity to have my children in this program. I am expecting to know who will be my baby's teachers next year. The storyboard and moments make my life easier seeing my baby growing every day. Thank you all

My experience with the day care at this YMCA has been incredible. I was very nervous to send my 2 year old anywhere and his care has exceeded all expectations. He has done so well with Ms. Kristen, Ms. Julie and Ms. Hassania. I've watched his communication skyrocket in the last year and I'm so thankful for everything they've taught him!
It was so difficult to drop him off in the mornings because he really didn't want me to leave me but now he's so confident going to school, even running to his friends as soon as he walks in the door without a second thought I love that each week has a different theme because it makes going to the Y so exciting for him and I love that he's always learning something new!
Ms. Julie and Ms. Hassania have also been so wonderful in assisting with potty training. It really took no time at all and I attribute that to the help he's gotten at school too.
I'm so looking forward to this next year when he enters preschool! And my daughter is already on the list to start in the Fall of 2025. Keep doing what you're doing! We are so lucky to be able to send our children here.
