It's welcoming, has great vibes, and is literally a gorgeous facility. Being a lap swimmer, I LOVE the pool and appreciate the many lanes open during the day for lap-swimming, I've enjoyed classes in the past (pre-pandemic, not quite ready to head back there yet), and I just feel so grateful to be a member there. It feels like a big resort, in a good way. :)

Love my Y.
I had a chance during the LiveStrong program at Swampscott Marblehead Y to visit two other Y’s in Florida. The programs were listed but because of underfunding they never got off the ground. While there I took a look at the exercise machines in the gym. Some of them were old, not maintained, the seat locks were frozen and the weight lever were broken. There was no difference between the two. One of the program staffer when I mentioned the Y I was from, sighed wistfully how much better it and others in the NE were supported.
Like the pool classes and staff
I love pickleball and the Y has made it possible to play several times a week for the last year. I’m looking forward to playing in the new league as well!

Friendly staff who are always helpfull
We go to the open gym often which is great for my 2.5 year old to get energy out and I like the times that are offered. We started the teeny tiny tumblers class which has taught my son new things to do which he gets excited about. Kaitlyn is an amazing teacher! She is always so friendly and helpful. I always recommend the gym program to other parents and would also highly recommend Kaitlyn as a teacher. Thank you!
We have the male instructor (cannot remember his name). He is excellent. Would highly recommend taking classes with him.
