this Y is large, modern and comprehensive with exercise options. Instructors in yoga are top notch and unique in their instruction.

We have had an amazing experience with all instructors! my son is feeling comfortable and confident with swim and boys tumbling/ gymnastics. The space is clean - which is very important to us as well!

We LOVE the Y. We used to go to Lifetime and it was ridiculously expensive and my son hated the childcare there. He LOVES the van otterloo daycare. So many toys! We’re super happy there the have great activities for kids… my only wish is that they’d blow up that bouncy house EVERY DAY!

I only di the aquatics program. I love how dedicated you are to the aquatics fitness. So far I've lived every class I've been to.

I feel comfortable there and find the ambience to be warm and inviting light and airy Keith in the fitness room is so friendly and helpful . All our 8 grandkids went to lessons at the Y. They learned to swim, took Karate and gymnastics, took part in The camp at Children's Island and spent time in Babysitting when they were really young. Our daughter is on the Board so we feel at home st the Y

The NSE cheering program has been very competitive and my daughter has learned new skills and has been thriving both in the gym and outside of the gym. The coaches work hard with the girls when they are in the gym and also outside. They are very caring and are always making sure they are working hard outside in school and in their social lives.

NSE Elite has been the most amazing program we have been apart of. My daughters started when they were each 5 and these teams have become a family to us. The coaches care about the girls and families and it is such a special one of a kind experience.

We love that there are swim lessons for preschool-aged children during school hours! Don’t change the timing, please!
We also LOVE Susan as a swim instructor for our daughter. My daughter has learned so much in such a little amount of time!

Lots of opportunities for kids. My daughter likes Kids Club. Miriam was great about getting her (and me) comfortable with it on the first visit and now my daughter walks right in and starts playing.

The teachers are wonderful, Sarah (the woman who runs the program is so warm and helpful), and my daughter is so happy to go each day. They do so many activities from art to music to reading, and my daughter loves it.
