The facility is well run and offers such a wide variety of options for staying healthy. I use the pool, the weight room and the basketball courts weekly.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Y is community. There is something for everyone. Wether it’s working out, help with mental health and yoga, or swimming and childrens programs. The fitness center has up to date machines and weights. The classes offered and the instructors are excellent!! More than most private gyms offer. The admin and people behind the scenes are sincere and helpful.

Great childcare so that I can exercise daily! Amazing classes including options for children. Only feedback is that I’d like to see more child/parent classes bc they are always full. Please offer Zumbini and open gymnastics more often!! :)

Gymnastics is great! Both the toddler open gym and the parent/toddler classes. Katelyn and Hayley are wonderful instructors.

Parent child gymnastics with Katelyn is great!! She comes up with fun obstacle courses and lets the kids have a good amount of free time.

We're at the Y almost every day of the week. All the offerings--from Early Learning to swimming to gymnastics to the fitness center--are spectacular.

The Y has a great atmosphere. It is always clean and the equipment is kept in great shape.
I like to work out here as a result. The staff is nice and friendly.
