The group classes are great! I do mainly strength classes. It has helped my scoliosis. I am stronger and more flexible.
Open airy and clean facilities, friendly knowledgeable staff, modern up- to- date equipment kept clean and in excellent working order. (I have not yet attended any group exercise programs- but I hope to soon)
