Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

It's clean and not typically so busy that I can't find a machine. Also, there is a decent variety.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

Everything at the Y is beautiful and wonderful.
The men's bathroom - on the second floor - has a defective urinal, with a sign stating "help is on the way." The sign has been there for over one week.
Thanks so much.
Best.

What do you like about our program and activities?

Connor and Jack at the EGS after school site are fantastic. My fifth grader enjoys the time he spends with them. He appreciates that they interact with the kids so much and there is no yelling. They are also great about letting kids know when they've had great days.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

I’m impressed by the fact that the Y is used by infants, toddlers, young mothers, teenagers, young adults, adults and seniors! The staff is friendly and accommodating and they provide resources and help for families that may be struggling financially. My only complaint is the windows looking out from the treadmills need to be cleaned… They’re difficult to get to but there has to be a way to wash them more than half way up. It’s a minor gripe and I always talk up the Y to my friends and family.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

It is a great facility, well equipped, at a great price. Employees are very friendlly and helpful. In the year or two that I have been a member I have had only one thing to complain about: the amount of time it took to get the steam room operational.
