Great swimming fitness classes…instructor Katy Coffey is exceptional at leading a class. Her knowledge of aqua fitness is extensive. All SWET classes are great…..challenging yet you can go at your own skill level.

I use the Y 4-5 days a week to lap swim and work out in the gym. It's clean and there is plenty of equipment so that there is no waiting to do the exercise of choice.
