Super nice personnel, clean, able to get swim lanes as long as I time it correctly. While not new like the Gloucester or Beverly, its small size just makes it feel a little more personal.

Amazing facility, great staff, top notch programs, especially the Livestrong program which provided me with a cancer survivors group to get reconditioned with trainers and a strong sense of community.

What do you like about our program and activities?

I have 2 grandchildren in swim lessons. They have been taking lessons for a couple of years now. I see a vast improvement in the entire quality of the swim department since Kayla Ferrara became director. The lessons are more structured, the teachers are better trained, and seem happier. I'm kept better informed of what is happening in the swim classes. I appreciate the better communication. Thank you for Kayla.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Cape Ann YMCA is a state of the art facility.

I am a new member and have been greeted warmly by staff and members.
This past week I have taken barre and yoga classes. The instructors and instruction have been amazing. One day I tried the pool and look forward to aqua classes.

I definitely made a good choice.
