What do you like about our program and activities?

Darlene and Vicki are especially amazing. I appreciate getting meaningful updates about activities when I pick up my son. He has learned Uno and other fun games in aftercare which we love playing at home on the weekends as a family!

This is our first time playing basketball and I coached so I don’t have anything to compare to but there was a lot more support that FYS

What do you like about our program and activities?

The new basketball director is wonderful! He is so involved ( I always see him at practices and games) and with such a large group of kids he has been very organized and has been great with communication, very much appreciated!

My son has progressed so quickly in his swim class and receives great attention in each class. I am very impressed and he seems to have developed a great rapport with his instructor.

It was my 1st visit to the Cape Ann Y and I was very impressed. Cindy, the receptionist, was outstanding. Friendly, informative, kind and helpful. I was there to take the Aqua Circuit class with Kathy Coffy and it was OUTSTANDING. That instructor is unbelievable. She filled in at Ipswich and told us about the Thursday class at Cape Ann and I decided to give it a try. So happy I did. I'll be back. You should be very proud of your team at Cape Ann.

The pool temperature is perfect and the male lifeguard on Thursday and Monday mornings has been very kind and helpful in orienting me to how things work.

I haven’t interacted with staff in the fitness center but love that I haven’t had to wait for equipment and that there is plenty of space for pre- and post-workout stretching.

I 1st visited the Gloucester Y when I received PT there. Decided I would like to join in the future. Your facility is beautiful and your staff are all very friendly and helpful. You have a 1st class facility! Looking forward to swimming laps in your pool and joining some of your classes over the coming year.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

We are new to Cape Ann and love the YMCA. The facility is nice and new, the gym equipment is great, the pool is a new source of exercise for us and can't wait to try the pickle ball!
The only thing we would like to see is more channel selection on the tv monitors. It's so nice to exercise while watching your favorite channels.
