Enjoyed the pool.

I love being a member of the Y and I feel like we get great use out of it! I love seeing friends and neighbors there and it feels like such a hub of the community.

I love the updates. I think more lockers could be added to the community locker room and/or pool deck. Since some of the lockers and locks are out of service, I would be ok if some traditional lockers were added where members could bring their own locks.

Pool hours

The Greater Beverly YMCA facility is excellent and just over a mile from our house. It's also affordable.

All the facilities are clean, accessible, and full of variety. One comment WRT the new saunas: the floor tile is extremely hot. I have neuropathy in my feet, and even I can feel them. Would it be possible to place a small rubber mat on the floor? Please consider this idea seriously. Otherwise, I fear that folks who have a similar condition as I will find what is a beautiful project unworthy. Food for thought. Ps. You also might explain why the men's and women's locker rooms are closed. We assume for renovation, and we assume that going into the common room is only temporary. If not, being with little children is -- quite frankly -- in no one's best interests. Thanks!

Good variety of activities. Like the new locker remake.

Great facility, clean, kind staff, and basketball in the early mornings!

I recommend it all the time because of how beautiful a facility it is and it has so many pieces of equipment and so many different programs for children and adults to enjoy.

The staff from the front desk to management are both kind and welcoming from the time I arrive to the moment I leave. The facilities are top notch and there is constant re-investment into facilities so that the members and community are able to have the best experience. I personally switched from a larger fitness based gym to the GB-YMCA and I can also attest to the membership being more friendly all around as well. I can't possibly cover everything, but I can tell you I very happy with my decision to join and look forward to many years as a Y member.

I have been a member of YMCA’s everywhere I have lived and it makes me happy to see all the programs and events that the YMCA makes happen.

Great service , staff , and atmosphere

I’ve recently moved to MA and was pleasantly surprised to see the amazing activity in Beverly last Saturday! Every space had an activity and the common areas were full of individuals and families visiting. It is a welcoming sense of community!

There are SO many offerings throughout the week! I’m looking forward to becoming more involved!

This place is great and always friendly and clean

Please, kindly stop sending these. We spend so much time, energy, and money on this program. It feels deeply impersonal to continue to receive these. Especially when I have already filled out more than one. I receive these after every encounter with cvs or my insurance company. That is not the association you want your community members to make with your brand.

Staff is very friendly and the facility is clearly and well maintained.

Great availability of equipment

The personnel I have encountered at the Y have been kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to answer all my questions and never rushed me. I am going to enjoy my membership here. Thank you to all your kind staff.

Great fitness classes

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent courses and instructors included with membership. Clean locker rooms and beautiful adult sauna just added to pool area. I would give this YMCA, 5 Stars .Senior Membership discounts. Steve ( Retired )

Wonderful facility

I love all the aquatic classes. The facility is clean and I like the shower dressing room area. I hope the new one will be as good.
