I love the variety of classes, the workout area, the other members and I especially love the sauna!
Our son gained so much confidence in just his first season of swim lessons. He went from being unwilling to put his face in the water to jumping into the pool! Very thankful for his instructor Brenna’s kind attention to every kid in the swim class, which helped them all move forward in their skills, no matter what level they were at when they first started.

The swim instructors are very dedicated to the kids and getting them to progress. They make the kids comfortable and happy during their lessons. Happy to always to see the same faces as instructors still teaching each session.

All the coaches are so friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem to enjoy helping the kids. My daughter really enjoys her present and past coaches and they always make sure to say hi to her even when she is not in their class anymore.

I appreciate how the teachers make sure all the kids, even the shy ones feel included and seen. My daughter can be especially shy in new situations and I was amazed at how fast the teachers made her feel comfortable enough to come out of her shell. She looks forward to come back to class every week now!

Staff, great swim coaches, facility, family friendly
When my daughter started with North Shore Elite there were four half year teams and one full year. They now have four half year and five full year teams. My daughter has been cheering for North Shore Elite for 10 years. I can't say enough about this program. She has grown not only as an athlete but as a person in more ways than I can say. This gym has become not just a gym but family. The coaches Jenn, Cassie and Erica are passionate, compassionate, giving of their time and ALL-IN with these girls. Each and every child on the team are encouraged to be the best they can be. Not just on the mat but in everything they do. The girls have made lasting friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to the YMCA's cheer program and a BIG shout out to the coaches that frankly do not get enough credit. I applaud you Jenn, Cassie and Erica for always going above and beyond for your girls. You are truly amazing women! Hats off for your continued dedication to these girls.

Our experience with this gym and the coaches has been incredible. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about the kids both as athletes and as individuals. My daughter grows in her skills every single practice, and the encouragement they provide has helped her gain so much confidence. What means the most to us is the sense of family they create. The gym has become a second home for my daughter, and she feels supported, challenged, and valued every time she walks in the door. We truly love the staff and teachers. They are so kind, caring, and attentive, and it really shows in the way they interact with the children. We especially appreciate that our daughter gets to participate in activities like yoga and gymnastics on certain days, and that there is a thoughtful curriculum even in the infant room. The program feels very professional while still being welcoming and understanding, especially when it comes to pick-up and drop-off times. Communication throughout the day is excellent, and we really appreciate the updates through the Kaymbu app. It gives us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, we feel very comfortable and grateful knowing both of our daughters are in such caring hands.
