The Y is so clean. Plenty of space. Staff is great. Lee Benton introduced me to some of the new machines which was so helpful! The Y has something for young and old. Great community resource:)
The staff that I've met so far have been so welcoming and friendly. The "up the hill" pickleball group has been a blast. I'm still working my way around, and am very impressed so far - looking forward to trying out many new things!

My son came home everyday excited to go to camp. He really enjoyed his time there this year. It was his first time and ours was parents and the staff was excellent! They made us feel comfortable and him feel good about going each day.

The teachers are kind, supportive and my child was ready for Kindergarten both socially and academically.
The early learning childcare offered a large variety of programs that my daughter loved from swimming and gymnastics to STEM. She always had something engaging to do.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Sterling Woods YMCA! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were not only professional, but also warm, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about making every child feel included and encouraged.
My kids absolutely loved all the activities, there was never a dull moment. They came home every day full of excitement, eager to share what they had learned and the fun they had with their new friends. It’s clear that the YMCA staff put so much thought and effort into creating engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for the kids.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the whole team. Their energy, kindness, and dedication made such a positive impact. We’re so grateful to the Sterling Woods YMCA and will definitely be coming back!
