The Sterling Y is clean, calm and even when there are a seemingly high number of people, there is more than enough equipment to not feel like you have to rub elbows with the person next to you.

I joined the Y last fall and have enjoyed going there at least three times a week. It is great to see all ages enjoying your facility. I am a senior and love seeing people my age taking classes. It is very motivating.
Jimmy and his team were exceptionally well organized. They were like a machine. The inclusion specialists guaranteed my daughter was able to have a great experience and highly skilled counselors ensured my hesitant seven year old felt comfortable and had a blast. Through rain and extreme heat, the entire crew kept a positive attitude. I was very impressed.
my son loves going to gymnastics camp. he enjoys being part of the gym shows. the staff are very friendly there too. they have a lot of energy with the kids.
They provide a good variety of different types of camp throughout the summer all at the YMCA, which is helpful for families with multiple kids and busy work schedules.
I like how involved the coaches are in the gym & if need be on a personal level...
