I like the consistency in quality of the classes, along with the sense of community I get from simply participating in a class. I appreciate when the teachers recognize me by name and provide hands-on adjustments because it makes me that much more comfortable with pushing myself out of my comfort zone.

Instructors are so motivating. Downtown studio boasts a lovely open and clean feel. It’s closer to where I live so I can run errands and drop in for a class.
