I enjoy classes at the Winchester location because they don't follow the generic Corepower sculpt routine. Previously I had gone to other locations and the class became boring because it was the same workout day after day. I believe the instructors should have to freedom to mix it up to keep class more interesting.
Love the variety and style of the coaches, they each bring something different and valuable to the practice. Huge fan of C2 and the core work incorporated in each class as well!
Great studio layout. I liked how big the women's changing room was. Much bigger than the Alameda location.

Clean studio and friendly staff! The C1 class taught by Sarah was the perfect class for me - I used to do yoga couple years ago and wanted to get into it again. She was very hands on and knowledgeable.

I LOVE Jade's yoga class on Saturday morning at 10:15. She is an amazing and inspiring teacher. I also like the facility -- spacious and clean.

Great classes that challenge me
some very experienced teachers who provide great instruction (along with others who are not good) - once you figure out the schedule and how to deal w/ parking it is a great place to practice
