I want to put on record that I have been enjoying the sculpt sessions instructed by Todd M immensely. His sessions are always demanding but yet enjoyable as they are a bit different from the other sculpt sessions. His sessions also help me to push myself to the limit. I always burn the most calories during his sessions based on my Apple Watch.
It just came to my attention that he will no longer instruct sculpt sessions at the Winchester studio. I think it is a disappointment to many of his students and I sincerely hope that he would come back soon!

Clean locker room, showers, and practice rooms.
Class temperatures are bit high though. Can be uncomfortable and sometimes smelly.
