I wish it were closer. It’s not that far, but I subscribe to the axiom that you’ll make it to your workout - if your studio/gym is less than 10 minutes away. That said. I’ll make the trip to NE anytime. Thanks!

The classes are very good. Time and budget keep me from officially joining but when I go with my friend, I enjoy the classes immensely. I do highly recommend to others.
jamie is such a gift! no matter which class i take (C2/ HPF) at either location (grand/highland) she is present and inspiring, kindly nudging students to find depth/edge/rest~above all, listening to our bodies. super fantastic

Love the classes, Maddie's sculpt was amazing.
I went to several of Kim’s classes in Maple Grove about 2 years ago. I was super excited to see she was at the Edina location now. I had not done a heated class in over a year…and I knew that she would be able to keep me calm in the heat and work through it. I think that the extra hot classes are needed to learn discipline and patience.
I also attended a class just Saturday with Michael as the teacher in Edina and I loved that class too. Yoga Sculpt. He was able to push me to work as hard as I could and provided ample modifications so that I did not overdo my heart rate.
